Project Description:
This full building envelope and seismic remediation project included addition of an ice rink and re-configuration of interior space to lower operating costs while improving functionality. The mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems were upgraded with new energy efficient equipment and fixtures. Elemental assisted the client with applications for energy rebate funding, helping to supplement financing of the project. The construction schedule was carefully planned out to allow the arena to fully operate during the project.
