The mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems were upgraded with new energy efficient equipment and fixtures. Elemental assisted the client with applications for energy rebate funding, helping to supplement financing of the project. The construction schedule was carefully planned out to allow the arena to fully operate during the project.

“Elemental and their Consultant team worked diligently with Pitt Meadows/ Maple Ridge in renewing our facility and resolving the technical and operating issues we were facing with an aging facility. The new lobby addition, interior upgrades, building envelope upgrades, seismic improvements and updated mechanical, electrical, refrigeration systems have transformed Pitt Meadows arena into a modern, energy efficient facility that will be used heavily for many years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend their services for any future projects you may have.” – Kelly Swift, General Manager, Community Development, Parks and Recreation
