  • The Challenge: Aggressive time schedule required contract documents and construction to be completed within a three month schedule. With an older building with several building code and life safety deficiencies, creative tendering forms with detailed separate and alternate pricing was required to deliver this project to our client, BC Housing within the allotted budget and time frame.
  • Materials: Durable and sustainable materials were chosen to minimize maintenance costs.
