- The Challenge: A full building remediation for a 4 storey 57 unit wood frame building with exterior walkways, stairs and courtyard over parking, resulting in a major modernization and aesthetic upgrade, including enlarged window openings, roof overhangs, green membrane courtyard and a new ventilation design.
- Materials: Rainscreen Stucco, Aluminum windows, 2 ply SBS roofing at roofs and Terapro PMMA membrane at exterior walkways.
