Client Quotation:

“Thank you for all your help with our recent envelope remediation. Before we began I would not have thought that an architect was necessary for this type of project, but I am very glad that we had one.

Your early suggestion to use black on the outside window frames was something that I didn’t even realize was an option. It may seem like a small thing, but it lead to using black as the trim colour wherever possible and I believe it makes the building look more elegant. I have had many passersby tell me how good the place looks.

The spandrel glass between the windows on the north building is another attractive and practical detail that we would never have come up with on our own.

Your design for the canopy over the front entrance provides exactly the look and weather protection we were looking for.

I also appreciated your participation at site meetings with the construction company. You and AI were both firm and fair and I always felt that you were looking after our best interests.

I enjoyed working with you and I would not hesitate to recommend your services and those of your firm.” – Susan Olafson, Chair Building Committee
