  • The Challenge: The building was partially constructed, then abandoned due to budget concerns.  A full condition assessment of the facility was accompanied by a feasibility study determining the costs to upgrade the structural, mechanical and electrical systems to meet code requirements.  The building was successfully completed on budget.
  • Materials: Glu-la Structural Frame, Rainscreen Stucco, Vinyl and Aluminum Windows, Culture Stone, Clay Tile Roofing.
