- The Challenge: A full building envelope remediation for a residence with two interior courtyards and exterior walkways accessing each unit. Upgrades were restricted to match existing quality; the challenge, therefore, was to make a vinyl siding building as attractive as possible. The exterior walkways were waterproofed with 2-ply SBS membrane protected with  concrete pavers.
- Materials: Vinyl Siding, Hardiplank Siding, Culture Stone, Asphalt Shingle Roof, 2 ply SBS membranes at decks and walkways.
