Meet Terra Shimbashi

Terra Shimbashi founded Elemental Architectural and Building Science Solutions (EA) in 2009 after gaining over 25 years of industry experience working with prominent national architectural and engineering firms across Canada. For the past 9 years, Terra has consulted with prominent building envelope consulting firms designing and rehabilitating buildings that experienced premature failure due to water ingress.

As Principal of Elemental, Terra has integrated her technical skills with her passion for designing and rehabilitating structures to assist our clients realize economical yet sustainable solutions for their facilities. By partnering her clients with industry leaders in sustainable design and facilitating applications for grants and financial assistance, Terra assists our clients manage capitol expenditures for building upgrades with savings in energy and maintenance costs.
